I just read this article that reveals the results of a five-year study about kids and healthy school lunches. It seems that the previous studies were wrong: if school districts train their cafeteria staffs to prepare healthy foods rather than processed ones, the meals don’t cost more – and kids DO choose them over fatty foods. Eat that, McDonald’s.
